By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of use below. Mi4Corners may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Site.
The information provided on this site is free of charge, unless otherwise stated, and for informational purposes only and does not create a business or professional services relationship between you and Mi4Corners. Links on this site may lead to services or sites not operated by Mi4Corners. No judgment or warranty is made with respect to such other services or sites and Mi4Corners takes no responsibility for such other sites or services. A link to another site or service is not an endorsement of that site or service. Any use you make of the information provided on this site, or any site or service linked to by this site, is at your own risk.

What we do for you

You are able to create a profile of your skills, experiences, personal information and job expectations in a structured format on the Mi4Corners database, which you may update or amend at any time. Your profile information may become available to other Mi4Corners partner organisations as a result of your use of those other organisations' services.

Our responsibilities

Mi4Corners and its partners endeavour to maintain and develop a detailed structure that enables you to build a comprehensive profile of your skills and competencies. You may download and use your profile for the purpose of developing your career.

Your responsibilities

You agree to ensure the information you provide is true and up to date and that the profile you maintain accurately reflects your skills and competencies and is not misleading. You shall not use this or any other Mi4Corners service to distribute defamatory, obscene or harmful material, nor shall you attempt to violate the security of the website. You shall ensure that you have received appropriate permission when disclosing information confidential to other persons. You shall not disclose your password to any third party and you are responsible for any actions undertaken by you or third parties that are identified with your password.

Registration Information

In consideration of their use of the Website, Candidates:
a. agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by any registration forms on the Website ("Registration Information");
b. agree to maintain and promptly update the Registration Information, and any other information provided to us, to keep it accurate, current and complete;
c. agree to maintain the security of their password and identification;
d. agree to be fully responsible for all use of their account and for any actions that take place using their account;
e. understand that misrepresentation may preclude use of the Website in the future;
f. understand that Mi4Corners does not guarantee placement of Candidates; and
g. consent to being contacted by a Website professional for purposes of seeking feedback to ensure and evaluate the quality of its services; and
h. consent to being contacted by Companies in connection with the services provided by the Website.

Our rights

Mi4Corners has the right to remove your information from the database and accept or reject at its sole discretion any candidate registering with it. Mi4Corners may, in certain circumstances, amend your personal details but will inform you of its intentions in advance. Mi4Corners and its partners may use your information within the limits of confidentiality placed upon them by you and in accordance with these terms of use.
All trademarks, copyright, patents and other intellectual property rights which may exist in the Mi4Corners system are the property of Mi4Corners and its partners and may not be reproduced, or used without the express written permission of Mi4Corners or its partners.

Your rights

You may update or amend the information contained in your profile at any time. You may download and use your profile for the purpose of developing your career. Should you wish to communicate with Mi4Corners you may e-mail or telephone during office hours.

Our liability

Mi4Corners does not guarantee that you will find work through the use of this service. Nor does it ensure the nature, validity or conditions of any vacancy and they are not responsible for the use of your information by recruiters or employers. Mi4Corners and its partners do not guarantee the availability of the system and cannot be held liable for corruption of your information on the system or for loss resulting from any inaccurate or misleading information which you input directly into your profile or your use otherwise of the system. Mi4Corners does not warrant any of the information or services provided by it or any partners. Neither Mi4Corners nor its partners warrant the completeness, accuracy or reliability of the system and they are not liable for any loss resulting from use of the system.

Your liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mi4Corners and its partners from any liabilities, claims or demands resulting from your use of this system. Mi4Corners and its partners do not warrant any information provided as a result of these services and you should seek professional advice before placing any reliance on the information.

Personal Information

By using Mi4Corners, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by Mi4Corners and our Recruitment Agencies as further described in our Privacy Policy. You also agree to receive marketing communications from us unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive such communications.

This site and its contents are provided "as is" and Mi4Corners makes no representation or warranty of any kind with respect to this site or any site or service accessible through this site. We expressly disclaim all express and implied warranties including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. In no event will Mi4Corners be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or other damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or data) without regard to the form of action and whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with this site, any content on or accessed through this site or any site service linked to, or any copying, displaying, or use thereof.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing this site and you agree that you will not access or use the information on this site in violation of such laws. Unless expressly stated otherwise herein, any information submitted by you through this site shall be deemed non-proprietary. You represent that you have the lawful right to submit such information and agree that you will not submit any information unless you are legally entitled to do so.

Registration and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, Profile and passwords, as applicable. You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and You shall be responsible for all uses of your Your Mi4Corners Site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify Mi4Corners of any unauthorized use of your employer account, profile or passwords, as the case may be.

Use of Mi4Corners Content

Mi4Corners authorizes You to view and access a single copy of the content available on or from the Mi4Corners Sites solely for your personal use. The contents of the Mi4Corners Sites such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other Mi4Corners content (collectively, "Mi4Corners Content"), are protected under copyright, trademark and other laws. All Mi4Corners Content is the property of Mi4Corners. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Mi4Corners Sites is the exclusive property of Mi4Corners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of the Mi4Corners Content may violate these laws, and is strictly prohibited. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Mi4Corners Content on any authorized copy You make of the Mi4Corners Content.

You agree not to sell or modify the Mi4Corners Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Mi4Corners Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of the Mi4Corners Sites, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits Mi4Corners or its licensors, that dilutes the strength of Mi4Corners' or its licensor’s property, or that otherwise infringes Mi4Corners' or its licensor’s intellectual property rights. You further agree to in no other way misuse Mi4Corners Content that appears on this Site. The use of the Mi4Corners Content on any other Web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. Any code that Mi4Corners creates to generate or display any Mi4Corners Content or the pages making up any Mi4Corners Site is also protected by Mi4Corners' copyright and you may not copy or adapt such code.

Your account preferences

When You register with any Mi4Corners Site, You will be asked to create an account and provide Mi4Corners with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (your "Information"). Information you submit will be used in accordance with Mi4Corners’ Privacy Policy.

Mi4Corners reserves the right to offer third party services and products to You based on the preferences that You identify in your account and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by Mi4Corners or by third parties. Without limiting any of the other disclaimers of warranty set forth in these Terms, Mi4Corners does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the third party products or services purchased through any Mi4Corners Site, or any other representation, warranty or guarantee. Any such undertaking, representation, warranty or guarantee would be furnished solely by the provider of such third party products or services, under the terms agreed to by the provider.

You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account, and that if you cancel your account, all your account information from Mi4Corners, including resumes, Profiles, cover letters, network contacts, saved jobs, questionnaires and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in Mi4Corners' databases and will be removed from any public area of the Mi4Corners Sites. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Mi4Corners’ web servers. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of your Information.

Use of the Mi4Corners service

We may refuse the Mi4Corners service to a user at our discretion, or delete any content that in our sole judgment breaches this agreement.

Account suspension

Accounts are not to be transferred.

We may, with or without cause, suspend your account and access to the Mi4Corners service. Circumstances in which we may suspend your access to the Mi4Corners service include, without limitation:
• your breach of these Terms of Use;
• any faults, service outages and or other technical problems that inhibit our ability to deliver the Mi4Corners service;
• a request to suspend your access received from the police or some other law enforcement agency; or
• if you do not use the Mi4Corners service for an extended period.

If we suspend your access to the Mi4Corners service we are not to the extent permitted by law, liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any other party.

Prohibited Content/Activity

The following are examples of the kind of content that is illegal or prohibited to submit to the Website. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the Website and terminating the Membership of such violators. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to, content that, in the sole discretion of Mi4Corners:

a. is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical or mental harm of any kind against any group or individual;
b. harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
c. exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
d. contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;
e. solicits information from anyone under 18;
f. publicly posts information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person;
g. constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
h. constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
i. involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming", or "spamming";
j. contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
k. furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
l. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;
m. involves commercial activities and/or sales without prior written consent from Mi4Corners such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;
n. includes a photograph or video of another person that you have posted without that person's consent;
o. violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

The following are examples of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the Website. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

a. criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;
b. advertising to, or solicitation of, any Member to buy or sell any products or services through the unauthorized or impermissible use of the Website;
c. circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person in circumventing or modifying any security technology or software that is part of the Website;
d. activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of or access to a computer or a computer network;
e. covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on any Website page via HTML/CSS or any other means;
f. any automated use of the system, such as, but not limited to, using scripts to submit information or send comments or messages;
g. interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Website or the networks or services connected to the Website;
h. impersonating or attempting to impersonate another Member, person or entity;
i. using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account;
j. selling or otherwise transferring your profile;
k. using any information obtained from the Website in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity, or attempting to do the same;
l. accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity through the unauthorized or impermissible use of the Website on behalf of that person; or
m. using the Website in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Candidate and Company Disputes

Candidates are solely responsible for their interactions with Companies, and Companies are solely responsible for their interactions with Candidates. We reserve the right, although we have no obligation, to monitor disputes between Candidates and Companies, and to take any action that we feel may be appropriate in our sole discretion, consistent with the terms of this Agreement, including termination of the membership of one or more Candidate or Company.

Access to service

Crawling or Spider-ing of Mi4Corners content is prohibited as is framing or providing unauthorised interfaces to Mi4Corners applications. Pages are coded in order to protect users from either of these activities.

Trade marks

Our name and other trade marks, including the distinctive Mi4Corners logo, which appears on the Site, are our trade marks or the trade marks of other third parties (Trade Marks).

Nothing contained on the Site is to be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to display, use or link to the Trade Marks, whether registered or unregistered, without our prior written permission or the prior written permission of the relevant third party owner.

Your use of the Trade Marks, except as permitted in these Terms of Use, is strictly prohibited.

Software

The software used in connection with the Site is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights.

The software is owned and controlled by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use the software on a single computer solely for the purpose of using the Mi4Corners services, subject to these Terms of Use. We may terminate the licence at any time without cause or notice to you.

You must not access the Site by any means other than through the home page interface that is provided by us for use in accessing the Site or any other site notified to you by us.

Limitation of liability

Terms, conditions and warranties implied by law which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified apply to these Terms of Use to the extent required by that law.

We exclude to the extent permitted by law all other terms, conditions and warranties which might be implied into these Terms of Use.

Our liability for any terms, condition or warranty which cannot be excluded at law, is limited at our option to, in relation to services we supply:

• supplying the services again; or
• payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

You do not rely on any representation, warranty or other provision made by us or on our behalf which is not expressly stated in these Terms of Use.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Subject to any form of liability otherwise implied by law, our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed NZD$100.

These terms of use shall be governed by and must be construed in accordance with New Zealand law and the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts in respect of all matters arising under, out of, or in respect of these terms of use.

Mi4Corners may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Such changes take immediate affect.
