Transferring to UK Law

Requalifying in the UK requires you to sit the Qualified Lawyer Transfer Test (QLTT).

To be eligible to sit the QLTT you must first apply for a Certificate of Eligibility from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Lawyers from outside the EU must have completed two years legal experience (within the last 5 years) in at least three common law areas.
